Essex needs homes for seniors, young families, and the people who keep our town running. I've served on the Housing Commission since 2025, which means I've been working on ways to:

• Revisit zoning laws

• Supporting ADUs so families can care for loved ones or earn rental income

• Partnering with nonprofits to build permanently affordable homes

• Fixing roads, bridges, and culverts to handle flooding and extreme weather

• Investing in renewable energy and resilient infrastructure

• Protecting farmland, forests, and open space

• Improving walking, biking, and transportation options for all ages
